Why you should attend the Relinked Network’s Social Impact in Action Forum

Relinked Group Network will host the ‘Share Your Story Initiative’, Social Impact in Action Edition, on Friday, June 30, 2023, at Jenga Leo Co-working Space from 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM, EAT. This is a forum for different players both in the social enterprise, NGO, business, civil service, climate action, leadership space, art, social impact, and change-making in various forms; to network, cultivate purposeful collaboration, share best practices, engage each other with their innovative ideas, and enhance their compelling vision for change.

This is also a  learning opportunity for anyone who wishes to broaden their perspective, engage in meaningful dialogue, and embark on a lifetime commitment to social impact. You will acquire skills and competencies to create strategies and build your capacity to lead different ventures that will positively transform your community.

This forum has been organized against the backdrop of Relinked Group’s main aim, which is to facilitate access to information, equipment, and support through the creation of platforms for learning, networking, partnership, and collaboration. Our purpose is to link and re-link individuals with opportunities to take their impact to the next level. This is therefore a place for you if you wish to link and re-link with people who are looking to make a positive impact. In meeting people, you learn, in meeting impactful people, your life gets transformed.

The ‘Share Your Story Initiative’ by Relinked Network and Relinked Group, entails a knowledge-sharing platform; where individuals from diverse backgrounds, with a demonstrated commitment in their areas of practice; are invited to share their ideas, inspirational stories, and life journeys to a live/virtual audience.

The purpose of this initiative has been informed by the fact that learning about the positive experiences of others, will inform great aspirations and in turn induce greater commitment and investments in change-making and societal transformation. People relate more to a personal story, shared in a relaxed environment, in the simplest form.

This is the place for sharing our little lights, in a bid to light the paths of those behind us. Here, we light and allow every light to shine because, in this way, the world will be brighter, better, and happy. The essence of this particular forum, therefore, is to help us turn our concerns into action.

Please save the date, show up, take action, and use your spotlight to uplift and unite communities. This is a catalyst for social responsibility- leading to large-scale transformation.
